On Monday, an army soldier died of cardiac arrest in the Haveli area of Poonch district.
Officials told GNS that on the intervening on the night of May 4 -5, an army soldier faced cardiac arrest. As a result, he was shifted to the district hospital Poonach, although doctors declared him dead.
He was identified as Naik Gurban Singh (32) as the son of Pritam Singh, a resident of Punjab. Following Medico-Classic formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his unit.
