Angela Rayner makes ginger joke at Labour’s local election launch

Angela Rayner joked about being nervous at Labour’s local election launch on Thursday (March 28).

The deputy leader of the Labor Party compared Sir Keir Starmer to the Labor leader as he introduced her.

Ms Rayner said: “We grew up in different parts of the country and at different times, but we also experienced the same insecurities and hardships that many hard-working people face.

“I guess the only difference is I have to live with it like a ginger, so I have one in there.”
