Andrew Tate’s High Court case was brought forward on claims of rape and sexual violence

After the short hearing, the four contenders said: “We welcome the judge’s decision to bring our case forward.

“We have already spent years waiting for justice, and so there is some comfort to hear that Andrew Tate will face these allegations in a court before the original plan of 2027.”

A previous hearing in April was told that the case is first considered legal as it would consider whether in a civil context, there may be a deliberate amount of forced control allegations.

Judge Richard Armstrong said the claimants were “demanding loss of six figures”.

Women are bringing a civil case after the Crown Prosecution Service did not decide to prosecute. Three of the British accused were the subject of an investigation by Hetfordshire Constabulary, which was discontinued in 2019.

In the court documents, one of the women claimed that the high-profile affecting “would strangle her or catch her or if she talks to her or says anything that she did not like … until she told her that she loved her or apologized for what she asked at that time”.

He alleged that Mr. Tate put him in a headlock or killed him with a belt, if he did not get out of bed and work for his webcam business.

Documents also claim that Mr. Tate, 38, “were weapons including firearms, which often pointed to him” and he “indicated him that he would like to kill someone if he could do”.

In a statement, a spokesperson of Sri Tate said earlier: “He ever refuses to threaten someone with a gun, attached to non-peace acts or subjugates any person to physical or psychological losses.

“These are citizens claims, brought over years after alleged incidents and followed the CPS decision not to pursue criminal allegations.

“It is deeply upset that such graphic and unilateral accounts are being promoted before any judicial evaluation.”

The statement said: “Mr. Tate will strictly defend himself and believe that the truth will be strong.”

Mr. Tate and his brother Triston are also facing prosecution in Romania on allegations of smugglers, a minor and intercourse with money laundering.
