Andrew Tate and brother Triston have been accused of rape and human trafficking in the UK, confirming the Crown Prosecution Service.
The pair are facing a total of 21 allegations. Andrew, a 38 -year -old influential and former kickboxy, rape, rape, real physical loss, controlling prostitution for human trafficking and profitable 10 allegations.
36 -year -old Triston faced 11 allegations associated with an alleged victim, including rape, real physical damage and human trafficking.
A CPS spokesperson said: “We can confirm that we are authorized for crimes against Andrew and Triston Tate for rape, human trafficking, controlling prostitution and actual physical damage against three women.
“These charging decisions received a file of evidence from the Bedfordshire Police.
“A European arrest warrant was issued in England in 2024, and as a result the Romanian courts ordered the extradition of Andrew and Triston Tate to the UK.
“However, domestic criminal cases in Romania should be settled first.
“The Crown Prosecution Service reminds everyone that criminal action is active, and the defendants have the right to a fair testing.
“It is extremely important that online information, comment or information to share online which can bias these action in any way.”
