Andrew Scott wants his Fleabag fans to live happy lives.
talking entertainment weeklyThe 47-year-old actor teased die-hard fans of the hit 2016 comedy who are still huge fans of the show, especially his iconic character as “The Hot Priest.”
“Go out and get some fresh air,” he said jokingly. “Stop looking. Don’t cry in a room with the curtains drawn. Make your life better,” he urged.
“It was a great show and we all loved it, but now come on, cheer up. Open the curtains and get out,” Scott teased.
Fleabag is a miniseries created by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who also plays the eponymous character.
Scott, meanwhile, stars in season two as the lovable, charming, irresistible, internet-favorite “sexy priest.”
“Fleabag” won the 2019 Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series, while Waller-Bridge won the award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series.
