“Once I recover I look forward to reuniting with my strictly Family,” he added.

On Saturday (November 8) evening, Dowden revealed she had returned home after the procedure and was ready to watch the latest episode of the BBC dancing competition.

“Home, resting, still up from sleep, but already ready for the best entertainment and medicine for me… @bbcstrictly,” she wrote on Instagram.

He further said, “All the best to everyone.” “Encouraging you all from home! Lots of good wishes and love xxxxx.”

The dancer shared a photo of herself sitting on her couch sipping a cup of tea, along with another photo of her and her friends and family gathered around the TV.
