New Delhi:
Union Home Minister Amit Shah slams Delhi’s AAP-Congress alliance for Lok Sabha polls, claiming Prime Minister Narendra Modi will return to power with over 400 seats .
Accompanied by Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, Mr Shah launched the development works, including supply of piped natural gas to 41 urbanized villages in Delhi, at an event organized by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
“There are two types of people in politics, those who do what they say and those who do the opposite. Both types of people are in Delhi. One is Narendra Modi and the other is Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, he has not done anything he said,” the Union Home Minister said.
He attacked Mr Kejriwal for tying the AAP to the Congress in the Lok Sabha polls and said their alliance would not succeed.
“You sit on the lap of the Congress, the very party you accuse of corruption. You admit corruption in the Congress. You can continue to forge alliances but PM Modi will return with more than 400 seats Take power,” Shah asserted.
