The celebrity line-up for The Amazing Race 2023 has been unveiled, with sports stars, TV presenters and reality stars among those competing.

Ten’s version of the reality series – which sees teams in a race around the world and is hosted by Beau Ryan – first launched in Australia in 2019, but this season will mark the first Celebrity Edition.

Eleven teams of famous Aussies will compete to win $100,000 in prize money, which will be donated to their chosen charity.

TV personality Grant Denyer and his wife Chezzi are joining the race, along with model, TV host and WAG Bec Judd and her sister, Kate.

They’ll be competing against former Olympian Jana Pittman with her son Cornelius, former Wiggle Emma Watkins and her sister Hayley, and Real Housewives of Melbourne star Jackie Gillies with her husband, former Silverchair drummer Ben Gillies.

Also among the cast is actor Darren McMullen and his nephew Tristan, singer Alli Simpson and her mum, Angie, reality TV stars Harry Jowsey and Teddy Briggs, and stand-up comedians Peter Rowsthorn and Dane Simpson.

Australian Survivor star George Mladenov and his sister Pam round out this year’s crop of contestants.

It’s understood production is already underway, with the series to air on 10 and 10 Play later this year.
