Altaf Bukhari urges the Center to start CBMS to bridge the trust deficit with Jammu and Kashmir

Srinagar, August 2: APNI Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Saturday called the Center to implement the confidence construction measures (CBM) very important to help bridling “Dil Ki Dori”-Bhavnaphic Discination-between Delhi and Jammu and Kashmir.

In a recent statement of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, he urged the Government of India to bridge the “Dil Ki Darwaza” – between New Delhi and Jammu and Kashmir. Mirwaiz appealed at the Center during his Friday’s preaching at the historic Jamia Mosque in Srinagar.

Appreciating Mirwaiz’s statement, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari urged the Center to give positive response to the appeal, given that the Hon’ble Prime Minister himself has promised to bridge the “heart doors” between New Delhi and Jammu and Kashmir.

Mr. Bukhari wrote on his X handle: “Mirwaiz’s call for the Center to address the ‘Dil Ki Dor’ between New Delhi and Jammu and Kashmir is an important and meaningful appeal. It shows their attainment and acceptance of this fact that the solution to all issues about J&K is completely with the Government of India.”

He said, “The Center should respond to its appeal by starting a very important CBM to bridge the ‘heart of the heart’-a commitment by Honorable Prime Minister @Narendramodi.”
