Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari Called on Lieutenant Governor (LG) Manoj Sinha on Monday at Raj Bhawan in Srinagar.
According to a press release issued here, the APNI party leader met the Lieutenant Governor to discuss several issues. He also considered the political and security situation prevalent in Jammu and Kashmir.
The press release wrote, “Bukhari discussed the current political and security situation in Jammu and Kashmir with LG. He also brought many public issues to LG’s notice, urging him for his intervention in addressing these cases.
It further said, “The leader of the APNI party also raised the problems and challenges faced by people associated with the horticulture industry, especially in view of recent and recently related adversities, which have severely damaged crops. There is an immediate need to provide hailstorm to keep safe and has been called for implementation of a comprehensive crop insurance scheme to ensure the long -term security and stability of the gardens and farmers.
During the meeting, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari praised LG Sinha for reaching the terrorist affected families and ensuring jobs for the families of the victims.
