Allegations against two people have been removed, accused of spying China in the United Kingdom.
Christopher Cash, 30, and Christopher Berry, 33Both refused to violate Official secrecy act By providing such information or documents that can be “useful for an enemy” and “prejudice for the safety or interests of the UK”.
Allegations related to alleged incidents between 2021 and end of February 2023.
Mr. Cash was a parliamentary researcher who focused on security and foreign affairs and worked with senior politicians of the Conservative Party.
He was associated with senior toris including the previous security minister Tom Tugndhat And Alicia Kirns, who served as the chairman of the Commons Foreign Affairs Committee.
Mr. Berry is allegedly an academic academic located in the Oxfordshire who had taught in China since 2015.
Both people were accused of staying in touch with each other and a person was suspected of being a Chinese intelligence agent.

The Crown Prosecution Service said in a statement, “The evidence in the case has been placed under a continuous review and now it has been determined that the clear standard for the crime is no longer met.”
