All party parliamentary delegations in India met Takashi Endo, Chairman of the Representative Committee on Japanese National Security on Thursday.
The delegation emphasized India’s strong commitment to counter terrorism.
In a post on X, the Indian Embassy in Japan said, “All party parliamentary delegations met Shri Takashi Endo, President of the House of Representatives Committee on National Security, Japan. India’s determined commitment to combat terrorism in all forms of India laid out unequal emphasis. He accepted India’s concreteness.”
All party parliamentary delegations in India also met former Japanese Prime Minister, Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Vice President and Japan India Association President Yoshihide Suga.
According to the Indian Embassy in Japan, Yoshihide confirmed Japan’s support to India in his fight against terrorism.
In a post on X, he said, “All party parliamentary delegation from India, led by Honorable MP Shri Sanjay Kumar Jha, met with former Prime Minister of Japan Shri Yoshiyide Suga, who was the vice -president of LDP and vice -president of Japan India President. Cross was re -prepared India’s commitment against border terrorism.
Earlier in the day, India’s All-party delegation interacted with the leading Japanese think tanks in Tokyo and informed them on India’s zero tolerance for terrorism.
According to India’s embassy in Tokyo, the participants supported India’s fight against terrorism.
In a post on X, India’s Embassy for Japan said, “The All-party parliamentary delegation interacted with the major Japanese think tank in Tokyo and informed them on the zero tolerance of India for terrorism. The state-run terrorism was discussed during the interactive session on regional security challenges, including regional security challenges, including the state-backed terrorism.
Meanwhile, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri interacted with Japanese Vice President, Techhiro Phankoshi, Vice President of Foreign Secretary-Vice Minister in Tokyo. (AI)
