The government on Tuesday expressed the right to open all government and private institutions in Kupwara and Baramulla districts of North Kashmir.
Officials told GNS that all the government and theory schools would reopen in Kupwara, leaving the school and the school, leaving the sub -division Machil, Keran, Budnambal, Jumagunf and Kumkadi.
Similarly, all government and private schools in Baramulla will also open again, leaving Uri subdivision including Uri, Jhulla, Chandanwari and Boniyar subdivision tomorrow.
