Ali Mohammad Sagar emphasizes the fourth followed meeting on JKSPDC, completion of power projects on time

Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) general secretary and MLA Khanyar, Ali Mohammad Sagar, who also served as the chairman of the committee on public undertakings, presided over the fourth follow -up meeting of Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Development Corporation (JKSPDC) in the assembly premises today.

The meeting was attended by Malas Tanveer Sadiq, Ali Mohammad Dar, Bashir Veer, Mir Saifullah, Saif You Din Bhat, Shokat Hussain Ganai, Ranbir Singh Pathania and Fayz Mir along with senior officials of the department.

The session focuses on reviewing the power projects running, addressing the delay and identifying measures to improve efficiency. Sagar urged the officials to ensure timely execution of projects to meet the growing energy needs of Jammu and Kashmir. He also called for Swift resolution and more transparency of hurdles in the implementation process.

Sagar said, “The committee’s priority is to strengthen the power infrastructure of the region with accountability and efficiency,” emphasizing that continuous monitoring will continue until the tangible results are achieved.
