The lineup for the opening ceremony of IPL 2024 has been announced. Every year the Indian Premier League (IPL) hosts a glitzy awards ceremony and this year is no exception. This year’s line-up includes Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, singer Sonu Nigam and music maestro AR Rahman. They will perform at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai ahead of the IPL 2024 opener between MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The opening ceremony will be televised at 6:30 p.m., with games starting at 7:30 p.m.
