United Workers Union Early Education Director Helen Gibbons says aged care workers “deserve every single cent” of their recent win with a 15 per cent pay increase.
“Aged care workers have had an incredible win in winning a 15 per cent pay increase, and the Fair Work Commission has said that they might have more to say in relation to aged care workers,” she told Sky News Australia.
“They deserve every single cent of that; they do an incredibly hard job.”
