“A person arrested on suspicion of being involved in theft was seriously injured, and we are trying to locate another man, which we can name as Jacob Ryan regarding the crime of theft.

“It is possible that Jacob is also injured, and we urge him or whoever knows to come forward. It is important that we make sure that he has access to any medical treatment.”
