There is an atmosphere of anger among the Shia community after Hezbollah leader Nasrallah was killed in an Israeli attack in Lebanon. For the second day in a row, people staged a candle march in Kundalki town of Moradabad to protest. A large number of elderly women, men and children took part in the march. Protesters held up photos of Nasrallah and chanted slogans in support of him, calling him a martyr.
Protesters say Hassan Nasrallah has fought terrorism and supported oppressed Palestinians. He accused Israel of shedding the blood of innocent children and defenseless people. Those taking part in the march said Nasrallah, who gave his life for the oppressed, was being misrepresented on social media.
