The Taliban has started an investigation into a person’s claims that he is 140 years old, which will make him the oldest person who ever drove the Earth’s face. A man, known as Akal Nazir, living in the eastern Khost province of the country, claims that he was born in the 1880s, although he has no documents to support his claim.
According to a report in WireMr. Nazir took an oath that he was in his thirtyth decade during the third Anglo-Afghan War in 1919. He claimed that Afghan leader had celebrated the end of the war with King Amanullah Khan, who started a campaign against the British.
“I was in the palace with King Amanullah Khan at that time. I was more than 30 at that time and I remember the British ran away and fell down,” said Mr. Nazir.
“Everyone was happy and thanked King Amanullah Khan for chasing the British. Many leaders came with us. [presidential palace]But now all of them have passed away. ,
Mr. Nazir lives with a big, multi-generated family, who also claims that he is the oldest person in the world.
“I am 50 years old. He is my grandfather, and my grandchildren are also,” said Wazir, one of the grandson of Mr. Nazir.
Responding to Mr. Nazir’s claim, a Taliban spokesman Mustaghafar Gurbaz said that a special civil registration team was suppressed in service to verify his age.
“If confirmed by documents or assessments, we will work to register him as the oldest person in the world,” said Mr. Gurbaz.
If verified, he will take the title of the oldest person ever. The record is conducted by genes, which was born in 1875 and died in 1997 after 122 years.

This is not the first example that a person has claimed to be the oldest person in the world. In January, Dolira Glycia Pedro da Silva, a grandmother of the kingdom of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, claimed to be the oldest living person in the world. Ms. Pedro Dr. Silva said that she was shy in a few months after celebrating her 120th birthday, born on March 10, 1905 in a small town in Rio, in the rural area of Porsunla.
