Emily Willis, who has more than 2 million followers on Instagram, reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest at a celebrity rehab facility in California last month and was rushed to the hospital.
“Emily is still in a vegetative coma and fighting for her life,” her brother Michael said on GoFundMe on Friday as he sought donations to help pay for her medical expenses.
He also addressed reports that the 25-year-old adult film actress was brought in with an “overdose,” saying they were “inaccurate.”
He said Emily was receiving the treatment and help she needed to overcome her struggles at the time of the incident.
Michael also said that Emily retired from the adult industry nearly two years ago and is “eager to succeed in other areas of entertainment.”
