Aditya Narayan came under criticism after he was seen punching a fan and throwing his phone into the crowd at a recent concert. The incident took place at Longta R2 Academy in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, and the video went viral online. While Aditya is yet to respond to the incident, event organizers broke their silence on the controversy and said the fan was allegedly not a student. The organizer added that the man continued to irritate Aditya throughout the performance and eventually Aditya lost his cool.

Speaking to Zoom, the event manager said: “The boy was not even a college student, he must be someone from outside the college. He kept dragging Aditya’s feet. He was annoying. He tapped Aditya’s feet multiple times with his phone It was only after that that he lost his cool. He must have taken close to 200 selfies with the student. Other than that, the entire concert went smoothly. The show lasted nearly two hours after this incident. If the student is right, he will come forward.”

Even Darshan Rawal refused to perform in the college due to these incidents, the organizers added. “Even Darshan Rawal no longer holds such college events as such events keep happening in every city. People don’t know the truth behind everything. You only see one side. He kept hitting and dragging Aditya, What if he fell down? If the boy was right, he would have come forward and told the college authorities that this happened to him. I have been associated with this college for many years and they have never organized anything like this A wonderful concert. They said so themselves,” they said.

In a video that went viral, Aditya was seen performing in front of Shah Rukh Khan’s Don’s Aaj Ki Rath when he lost his cool over his fans. He appeared to hit the fan with the microphone. He then snatched the fan’s phone, threw it into the crowd, and continued performing. After the incident, Aditya was called “arrogant”.
