Srinagar, August 12, KDC: Jammu and Anti-Kashmir Bureau of Corruption (ACB) on Tuesday filed a charge sheet against Phase-ud-Din Shora, former Nazir (Senior Assistant) in a 2000 Bribery case, Tehsil Office Khag, former Nazir (Senior Assistant) of Budgam.
Jammu and Kashmir Bureau of Anti-Corruption Bureau produced charge sheet in the case, registered under Section 7 of the Corruption Act in FIR No. 14/2023, in 1988, accused Faij-ud-Din Shora, then Nazir (Senior Assistant), Tesil Office Khag, Budgam, a spokesperson, a spokesman, “a spokesman,” a spokesman, ” Kashmir.com,
“The FIR was registered on a written complaint on 03.08.2023, alleging that the accused demanded ₹ 2000 for bribery to list his under-trial property dispute case in front of Executive Magistrate 1 Class, Khag. Fenolfathalin,” on the hands of the accused.
“Based on the coonth evidence brought on records as well as facts and circumstances, the investigation established the Commission for the Crime of Crime of Corruption Act, 1988, which against the accused public servant, Fayz-ud-Din Shora, then Nazir (Senior Assistant), Tehril Office Khag, against Budgam.”
The statement said, “After receiving the required approval for prosecution from the government, the charge sheet was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Additional Special Special Corruption Judge Srinagar, today on August 12, 2025 for judicial fixation. The next date of hearing has been set on 24.09.2025,” the statement said. (KDC)
