President Donald Trump sent letters to 14 countries on Monday, if they do not do business deal with the US by August 1, they underline the high tariff.
In the letters, which were posted on the truth social, Trump warned the countries that if they retaliate by increasing their own import taxes, they will also face high tariffs.

Myanmar

Laos

Cambodia
Tariff Rate: 36%

Thailand
Tariff Rate: 36%
Main exports to America: Computer Parts, Rubber Products and Gems
Response: Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister Pichai Chunhawajira said that Thailand would proceed to tariff talks with the United States. Thailand on Sunday submitted a new proposal that includes opening Thai markets for more US agriculture and industrial products and an increase in energy and aircraft imports.
Bangladesh
Tariff Rate: 35%
Main exports to America: clothes
Response: Bangladesh Finance Advisor Salhuddin Ahmed said that Bangladesh expects to negotiate for better results. There are concerns that additional tariffs will make Bangladesh’s apparel exports less competitive with countries like Vietnam and India.
Serbia

Response: The office of South African President Cyril Ramfosa said in a statement that the tariff rates declared by Trump wrongly denied the trade relations with the US, but “will continue with its diplomatic efforts for a more balanced and mutually profitable trade relationship with the United States after proposing a trade structure on 20 May.
Japan
Tariff Rate: 25%
Main exports to America: Auto, Auto Parts, Electronics
Response: Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba called Tariff “extremely regrettable”, but said he was firm to continue the conversation. Ishiba said that Trump’s tariff rate is lower than the levels that he had earlier threatened and opens the way for further conversation.
Kazakhstan
Tariff Rate: 25%
Main exports to America: oil, uranium, feroli and silver
Malaysia
Tariff Rate: 25%
Main exports to America: Electronics and Electrical Products
Response: The Malaysia government said that it will interact with the US. A cabinet meeting is scheduled for Wednesday.
South Korea
Tariff Rate: 25%
Main exports to America: Vehicle, Machinery, Electronics
Response: South Korea’s Ministry of Trade said in early Tuesday that it would accelerate talks with the United States to implement 25% tax on its exports.
