The royal father and son were seen decorating the Christmas tree at The Passage in Central and helping with food preparation in the kitchen LondonIn a video posted on William youtube Eat on Saturday.
“Proud to join The Passage volunteers and staff in preparing for Christmas lunch this year – with another pair of helping hands,” William and his wife, Princess Catherine, wrote in a post on their social media accounts.
William is a royal patron of The Passage, which he first visited with his mother Diana when he was 11. The heir to the throne has visited the charity in recent years, but this was the first time 12-year-old George joined them.
The young royal wrote her name in a book on the same page that Diana and William had written theirs 32 years earlier, in December 1993.
William was shown putting Brussels sprouts on an oven tray, while George helped prepare Yorkshire puddings and set a long table for the dozens of attendees.
William launched his Homewards project in 2023 to tackle homelessness.
