Early goals from Momoko Tanikawa and Stine Ballisgar and a second-half header from Pernille Harder ensured they joined Barca, Lyon and Chelsea in the quarter-finals.

Benfica and Paris Saint-Germain both went into the final round of group games with no chance of reaching the play-offs and played out a 1–1 draw in Lisbon.

Roma and St. Pölten had also already been eliminated, but the Italian club’s morale was boosted as Canadian forward Evelyn Wiens scored a hat-trick in a 6-1 home win against the Austrian club.
