Preface

It became the sacred duty of courageous Venezuelans to stand up when our voices were silenced, our dignity denied and our freedoms shackled by tyranny.

We, Venezuelan citizens, are not appealing to power or privilege, but to the eternal rights that are given to every human being. From this foundation arises the truth: No ruler, faction, or tyrannical power has the ability to dictate to individuals what is their right: freedom.

Dignity is the catalyst that will lift up the hearts and minds of Venezuelans again. It will inspire hope and create a new world where our people will rise from this dark age of oppression with a single, unwavering mission: freedom.

For in a free republic the people are the only sovereign; Because our popular and national sovereignty are indivisible; And because we Venezuelans know that freedom must be defended every day – there is no room for fear.

Therefore, let us resume a free society in which our government functions, and the primary purpose of the State is to protect the natural rights of all Venezuelans.

The time has come for every Venezuelan family to be united again, once and for all, on our soil.

tomorrow belongs to the courageous

We stand on the edge of a new era – where our natural rights will prevail. This regime’s long and violent abuse of power is ending.

A new Venezuela is emerging from the ashes, renewed in spirit and united in purpose, like the phoenix reborn – fiery, bright and invincible.

We will fully realize our potential, as the Land of Grace will protect our inalienable rights from future oppressive tyrannies, dictatorships and dictators.

Our individual freedoms will always be fully realized within the Venezuelan ecosystem booming with freedom.

Dignity: Our Guiding Principle

We believe that the dignity of every human soul is sacred – the first principle from which all freedom derives. The desire to labor, create, and advance the common good is motivated by dignity.

As an individual’s self-worth increases through productivity, it enhances the human spirit, which, in turn, strengthens the entire community.

Let dignity serve as the driving force behind our national revival: the power that establishes a free marketplace of ideas and enterprise, that promotes the full development of each individual, and that limits the authority of government to its proper function as the firm guardian of our inalienable rights.

Every Venezuelan is born with freedom

Freedom is not a privilege granted by a government; Rather, it is an inherent right woven into the essence of our humanity.

Every Venezuelan is born with inalienable rights granted to them by our Creator, not by men. No regime, political system, or tyranny has the power to rob us of our divinely granted right: the right to live with dignity, speak freely, create, dream, and personally prosper.

Revive the economy of free people

A renewed Venezuela would guarantee the right to own property, and to reclaim what has been stolen. Wealth is not the privilege of the elite; It is a fundamental right; The physical manifestation of a person’s lifetime of labor and ingenuity.

Instead of unnecessary interference, the government will provide the conditions to create a free and competitive economy.

Venezuela’s prosperity depends on the freedom of its citizens. History has proven that when government exerts too much pressure on the market, it stifles the human spirit that provides the real life force for development.

It is time to return power to the people, to the citizens, to the private sector.

We will awaken an economy capable of tripling its strength within a decade by freeing up state-owned enterprises and restoring the development of our oil and gas sectors to the talents of free men and women.

Venezuelan wealth would never again be concentrated in the hands of a centralized power.

Imagine a new Venezuela, located at the top of the Western Hemisphere, as the leading global energy hub – a symbol of freedom and innovation. A new era of ingenuity in an open marketplace of ideas involving next generation leaders across all business sectors including high-tech agribusiness, eco-friendly tourism, fintech, artificial intelligence, robotics, rare earth minerals and defence.

A nation where every citizen can engage in commerce without government restriction, can think freely, and receive fair compensation from his inventions and the fruits of his labor. This is the promise of a self-reliant people – people free to create, prosper, and lead.

Let us remember, history has proven, when individuals prosper from their labor, so do all other human rights.

freedom of expression

The right to speak the truth is the cornerstone of all freedom. When voices are suppressed, corruption flourishes and justice disappears.

Venezuela must reclaim its voice in every town, every classroom, newsroom and digital environment. People should be able to speak out without fear of harassment, censorship, or reprisal.

Venezuela’s progress in this next era depends entirely on the unrestricted exchange of ideas and the courage to speak them.

right to vote

The ballot box serves as the people’s defense against oppression. It is sacred.

Every Venezuelan should have the right to vote safely and without any form of manipulation.

Our vote is our collective voice. Elections should reflect the will of the people rather than the power of a few.

Let Venezuelan elections reflect the full expression of our popular sovereignty, not an instrument of subjugation.

right to assemble

Roads belong to the people, not to illegal authorities.

The heartbeat of democracy is the right to assemble, protest and stand in unity. A peaceful assembly of citizens does not pose a threat to a nation; Rather it makes it stronger.

Venezuela’s rebirth will begin when each of us can come out of hiding, step out of the shadows without fear and wave the flags of hope.

right to security

Every person has the right to protect his life, his family, his property and his liberty. No democratic society can tolerate when its citizens are unable to resist oppression or violence.

The Venezuelan people deserve a duly elected government that maintains the will and capacity to guarantee the security of every citizen.

Venezuela’s future requires the restoration of trust between the state and its citizens. This will be achieved by promoting legitimate self-defense; To promote a culture of mutual respect, responsibility and peace.

Therefore, we will reform our military and police forces so that their mission, sacred purpose and constitutional duty is to protect all Venezuelans as well as our national territory.

now bring them home

Nine million Venezuelans have been forced to flee their homeland, leaving behind their families and friends – dreams shattered.

We will bring them home. We will restore their right and freedom – to return to their native land.

Every Venezuelan must reclaim their family, their home, and their future.

crimes against humanity

The cries of those killed, tortured and disappeared have echoed unanswered for too long.

since maduro After taking power, more than 18,000 political prisoners suffered torture – each one serving as evidence of the regime’s brutality.

These are human lives. Our friends, family, colleagues and partners.

The world should not turn its back. The criminal regime must be held accountable.

Venezuela will only fully emerge when those who commit crimes against humanity are held accountable by both the law and history.

education must rise again

Venezuelan schools and universities must once again serve as centers of curiosity, knowledge and pride – the driving force behind progress. The classrooms of a nation are the source of its future.

Our children must be empowered to become a nation of leaders, innovators and thinkers by investing in our teachers, technology, innovation and truth.

Our schools and universities of the future will leave today’s culture of corruption in the past forever.

The family, as the first community, is the foundation of all education; To inculcate values, develop virtues and shape respectable citizens through their daily example.

protect venezuelan land

The destruction of Venezuela’s rainforests is not only an environmental disaster, but also a moral one.

The permanent destruction of our forests, rivers and biodiversity deprives our children and grandchildren of their rightful inheritance.

An independent Venezuela must also protect its land and extraordinary natural resources.

Return to the international community of democracies

Venezuela will be strengthened by international cooperation and participation.

We look forward to the day when we return to the global stage with transparency, integrity and purpose. We must reestablish alliances that are based on shared prosperity, defense of democracy, environmental stewardship, trade, and human rights.

We will be a pillar of democracy and energy security in the Western Hemisphere and an unwavering promoter of freedom around the world.
