Farmers are taking to the streets across the UK today (Monday) in slow-moving protests to show their anger over the family farming tax.
Farmers are driving tractors and machinery on major arterial roads to draw attention to the growing pressure on the agricultural sector ahead of the Budget on Wednesday.
This footage shows a protest on the A160 in North Lincolnshire.
The protest takes place before the Budget, where the Chancellor Rachel Reeves There are plans to apply a 20 per cent rate to agricultural land and businesses worth more than £1 million.
A spokesperson for Farmers to Action said: “We all hope that taking part in Unity Day will bring the farming community together.”
