A prominent Republican congresswoman has defended Donald Trump “Shut up, piggy,” he told Bloomberg reporter Katherine Lucy.

Representative Maria Elvira Salazar said that trump seemed “picturesque” when he scolded the journalist, and also commented that “no one is perfect.”

The president has clashed several times with journalists over the past few days, starting with his branding a Bloomberg reporter as a “piggy”.
