The lawsuit, filed in Bell County District Court, says Dr. Blaine McGrath is accused of inappropriately touching women and performing unnecessary procedures, as well as making illegal videos.

It is brought on behalf of a plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe, to protect her identity. In the claim, her lawyers said she went to McGrath seeking answers to concerns about pelvic pain and the health of her uterus.

According to court documents, McGrath is accused of “groping, groping and examining Doe in ways that had nothing to do with treatment” during seven or eight appointments – including invasive breast and vaginal examinations in ways that were unnecessary, humiliating and seriously violating, and that had nothing to do with the medical issues for which she sought care.
Attorney Andrew Cobos told CBS News he is representing more than 45 women who have contacted him with claims about McGraw β many of whom are spouses of soldiers who are entitled to their health care benefits.
“Based on information and belief, investigators recovered thousands of photographs and videos from his phone taken over the course of several years, depicting multiple female patients, many of whom are unidentified,” the lawsuit states.

According to the lawsuit, at a subsequent meeting, the plaintiff was presented with several screen grabs of video that “explicitly depicted” her body during an examination that took place three days earlier.
In a statement to NBC News, the woman said she felt “humiliated, exposed and horrified” by McGraw’s alleged actions.
The US military confirmed that a medical provider has been suspended from his post and is no longer providing services to patients after “alleged misconduct”.
McGrath’s attorney Daniel Conway said in a press release nbc news That the doctors are “fully cooperating in the investigation.”
“We have expressed our concern to the government that plaintiffs attorneys are holding press conferences citing inaccurate information received from government sources,” Conway said. βAt this time it would be best to allow the investigation to be completed before making any comments.β
