“It was tough. When you have races like this it makes the win more rewarding, Kimi didn’t make my life easier. You have to push, but it was incomplete.
“I expected the Softs to be better but the Mercedes were faster, so I was under pressure all week. We have some homework to do before the Qualifiers.
On qualifying: “Today is different from yesterday, they will put us under pressure and it’s just short gaps.”

bortoletto accident
Tell you what – it’s a huge shunt.
Bortoletto goes to pass Alex Albon on the inside on the main straight, but loses control and hits the inside wall before hitting the outside wall of Turn 1.
That sober will repair something.

Norris wins Brazil sprint
Norris scored a valuable eight points, increasing his championship lead to nine!
Kimi Antonelli and George Russell complete the top three, with Max Verstappen fourth.
