A texas Deer “He seems to be embracing it.”emotions The era is “completely fine”, the Lago Vista Police Department has assured concerned residents.
in a humorous facebook post On October 25, the department shared a Video He received several calls regarding the animal’s welfare after finding a deer entangled in its antlers.
The clip was set to a viral emo-style rendition of Secondhand Serenade’s 2008 hit, “Fall for You”, for added appeal.
“Although his ‘forest-core fashion’ has raised some eyebrows, rest assured, he is completely fine,” the department said. “He’s eating, drinking, moving around like he just released his debut album ‘Hammocks & Heartache,’ and clearly thriving in his main-character moment!”
Police said male deer naturally shed their antlers before winter ends, so the “emo-chic accessory” should fall off on its own soon.
He also amended the Facebook post to address that “Some people think we just looked at this deer and said, ‘Yeah, looks fine.'”
“We promise, we didn’t get our wildlife degree from YouTube,” the police department wrote, crediting its colleagues at Texas Parks and Wildlife, including the game warden and wildlife biologist who advised them on the situation.
“As difficult as it may be to spot and help an animal with ‘hardware disease,’ there are good, scientifically supported reasons why we don’t get involved unless absolutely necessary,” wildlife officials said in a statement.
“Escapement of animals in urban areas can be much riskier due to the number of people, roads and homes, and the unpredictable nature of animal behavior.”
Many residents expressed their gratitude for the reassurance that the emo animal was okay, with one even sharing his own photo of him eating an apple and carrot.
“He’s a hungry boy,” the woman wrote.
Others praised the person who wrote the caption for the deer post. One person posted, “I want whoever made this post to post everything from now on!! Perfection.”
Another wrote: “Whoever wrote this is ridiculous. And hopefully he loses that swing.”
One viewer even tried his hand at the fun article.
Someone commented, “This season will bring a bold new face to the runway: Darius the Deer.” “With his avant-garde head dress made of autumn leaves and unforgettable moves, he is redefining what it means to strut! Work that runway, Darius!”
