Is the ad that shows an artificial sex toy designed for trans women to “experience and celebrate the miracle of childbirth” real? No, the website selling the sex toy never mentions that it can be used to “experience and celebrate the miracle of trans female childbirth.” The product page where it is for sale on the internet says it is used to “experience firsthand the joys and pains of childbirth”, but makes no mention of trans women or anyone else for whom the toy was designed – it only appears in a fake advertisement that misrepresents the product.
claim came to light a video (archived Here) where it was published on YouTube under the title “The Butt Baby Hodgtwins React” on October 4, 2022. It opened:
This is called the butt baby look, an artificial baby that can be inserted deep into the loving embrace of the rectum, where a trans woman can experience and celebrate the miracle of childbirth.

A fake advertisement can be seen as the video begins with a person laughing and then reading the text of the advertisement. The origin of the fake advertisement is unknown. It appears with the following text:

The video is on the Patriot Twins YouTube page which is the page for hogtwinswho describe themselves on Facebook as the “HodgTwins, Keith and Kevin Hodge”, are known for their comedy and being outspoken conservatives. “I thought it was fake at first, but it’s actually a website selling it,” a man claims at 0:14 in the video. The video then shows a screenshot of a product which can be found here toysfromtim.comThere is no mention of “trans women” on the Toys From Tim site. The description states:
The Bundle of Joy – formerly known as *Butt*Baby*, is a fully insertable, anatomically correct, platinum silicone toy, designed for fans of big insertions!

A logo on the photo says “Treasure Island Media.” one of his discoveries website Also goes to the product page for “Butt Baby”. The phrase “trans woman” does not appear anywhere on that site, only in the fake advertisement.
The Toys From Tim website clearly notes at the bottom of the page that the product is a toy: “TIM’s weapon of ass destruction designed by the legendary Bottom Christian.”
The product for sale on the website does not come in three different colors and, unlike the fake advertisement shown in the YouTube video, one color is not described as “Bushman of the Kalahari”.
The fake advertisement has been shared on social media accounts, radio and in videos, where the toy’s intent is misrepresented as being aimed at trans women. Some of those posts can be seen Here, Here And Here,
