Bihar Assembly elections will be held in two phases on November 6 and November 11, with the counting of votes taking place on November 14.
According to Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, the Election Commission has created 90,712 polling stations across Bihar. Voters have been urged to verify their polling station details in advance to avoid confusion on election day.
How to find your polling station to cast your vote?
There are several ways to find your polling station.

- Enter your details including name, age, district and assembly constituency or search using your EPIC (Voter Identity Card) number.
- The portal will display the name and address of your polling station.

- Click on ‘Search your name in voter list’ and fill in the details to know the location of your polling station.

- To find your specific polling station in Bihar, you can send an SMS to 1950 with your EPIC number or dial the toll-free number 1950 to get information about the polling station.
- Officials have advised voters to carry their EPIC card or any valid photo ID to the booth and verify their polling location in advance to ensure a smooth voting experience.
Bihar Assembly Election 2025
There are 7.42 crore voters in Bihar, of which 3.92 crore are men and 3.5 crore are women. At a press conference, CEC Kumar said there were 4 lakh senior citizen voters, of whom at least 14,000 were above 100 years of age, and 14 lakh were first-time voters.
Kumar mentioned that identity cards have been introduced for booth level officials to make the process more transparent. He also said that voters will have to deposit their mobile phones in a designated room outside the polling station before voting.
He said that 100% webcasting will be available from every polling station across Bihar, meaning live monitoring will be done through cameras at every booth.
