The updated voter list was published after the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process ended on September 30. Now, the Election Commission has started issuing new, tech-enabled Voter ID card in entire Bihar.
During the SIR process, many voters submitted new photos. These updated images will now appear on the new ID cards, making them more accurate and clear.
