ksi have expressed clear anger at being “Replaced” as Misfits Boxing CEO. By Andrew Tate The controversial figure is set to make his boxing debut in a match organized by the promotion.
It was announced on Thursday night that British-American dominant Tate is scheduled to fight 29-year-old TV personality Chase DeMure in Dubai on December 20.
The bout also confirmed that YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI, whose real name is Olajide Olatunji, is no longer the CEO of Misfits, having founded the company in 2022 along with co-chair Mams Taylor as well as Calle Sauerland and Nisse Sauerland.
“People are (really) trying to test me this year,” KSI posted on Twitter in response to Tate’s appointment. “What the actual fuck is going on?
“This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. Let’s make Andrew Tate CEO of Misfits?!? Are you serious?”
He posted: “Legit CBA (can’t be a***ed),” and took aim at fellow founder Taylor, writing: “F*** mams. Bro I’ve been focused on misfits instead of managing. And you decided to do this s***.”
Tate, 38, is a former professional kickboxer with a record of 76 wins (32 by knockout), 9 losses and 1 draw and has also competed in mixed martial arts. As per his claim, he takes over the reins from 32-year-old KSI (5-1-1), who has Fought guys like Tommy Fury and Joe Fournier competed in five bouts under the Misfits banner.
However, Tate is best known as an internet personality. A self-described “misogynist” who flaunts his lavish lifestyle on social media, Tate has faced multiple allegations of rape and human trafficking. Tate and his 37-year-old brother Tristan, who has also been charged with rape and human trafficking, both deny all charges against them.
This May, UK Crown Prosecution Service Brought 21 charges against the brothers. The service said Andrew faces 10 charges relating to three alleged victims – including rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking and controlling prostitution for profit – while Tristan faces 11 charges relating to one alleged victim, including rape, actual bodily harm and human trafficking.

The Crown Prosecution Service said it had authorized charges against the Tate brothers in 2024 ahead of a warrant for their extradition from Romania, where they live and an investigation is also underway. It is being told that investigation is going on against both the brothers in America also.
Andrew Tate last won a kickboxing match via second-round TKO against Cosmin Lingurar in December 2020. The Bucharest result saw him follow up on two previous stoppage wins at the start of the year in the Romanian capital: a win over Iulian Strugariu in February and a win against Miralem Ahmeti in November.
