Under the scheme, flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning those who apply first will have more chances of getting a flat. The application window through the official DDA portal will open on November 7 at 12 noon. The housing scheme is targeted at individuals from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low-Income Group (LIG) categories. The price of flats ranges between ₹11.8 lakh to ₹32.7 lakh, depending on the category and location.

To apply, the applicant must be at least 18 years of age and must not own any property in Delhi. For EWS category, annual household income should be less than ₹10 lakh.
The DDA initiative is expected to provide much-needed relief to Delhi residents struggling with high real estate prices, providing them an affordable opportunity to own a home in the capital.
Where are DDA flats located?
According to the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), the EWS (economically weaker section) category flats are located in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony and Shivaji Marg, while the LIG (low income group) category flats have been built in Rohini Sector 34 and 35 and Ramgarh Colony near Jahangirpuri. Applicants will have to deposit ₹50,000 for EWS flats and ₹1 lakh for LIG flats at the time of booking.
DDA Flats Prices:
In Narela, there are 1,120 flats under the EWS category, priced between ₹11.8 lakh to ₹11.9 lakh. There are 308 LIG flats in Rohini Sector 34 and 35, priced at Rs 14 lakh. There are 73 LIG flats in Ramgarh Colony, priced between Rs 13.1 lakh to Rs 14.5 lakh. In Shivaji Marg, the price of EWS flats ranges between ₹25.2 lakh to ₹32.7 lakh.
