A Florida A woman has been charged with aggravated assault after filming her neighbor while driving and then pointing a gun at him.
Video filmed from behind Esmeralda Cruz sports car The 23-year-old girl is seen revving her engine and driving toward a man and his dog in Lehigh Acres on Sunday, October 26.
She then gets out of the car and waves the gun in her hand, cursing the man, who was accompanied by his wife and daughter.
Lee County deputies were called to the area a day earlier because the man feared for the safety of his children due to Cruz driving fast in the area.
