This is the moment a deputy saved a woman choking on the side of the road after he saw her struggling while on patrol. Illinois,
Footage shared by the Cook County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday (Oct. 25) shows a black SUV arriving on the sidewalk, and a woman soon exits the vehicle with her hand crossed over her chest.
Officer Zachary Finn spotted the struggling driver and pulled his vehicle over. He then performed the Heimlich maneuver on her and successfully removed the object stuck in her throat.
Paramedics later arrived at the scene to provide assistance but the woman declined, saying she had recovered.
