Pintu’s property
Pintu has declared personal assets worth ₹14.84 crore, which include movable assets worth ₹1.45 crore and immovable assets worth ₹13.39 crore. His movable assets included:
- Three vehicles – two Scorpios and a Fortuner – priced at ₹74.49 lakh
- The weight of gold jewelery is 202 grams and the weight of silver utensils is 1,809 grams.
- ₹7.85 lakh deposited in bank
- National Savings Certificate, LIC Investment and Personal Loan around ₹19 lakh
Bank loan above ₹40 lakh
Among his immovable properties, Pintu owns two residential buildings on Dumra Road and Old Exchange Road in Sitamarhi, worth a total of ₹5.35 crore. He has also inherited about six acres of land in Bhagwatipur Amaghatta, which is currently worth ₹5.15 crore. Additionally, he owns 10,887 square feet of non-agricultural land worth approximately ₹51 lakh.

Pintu’s wife Manju Devi has declared assets worth ₹6.18 crore, which includes movable assets worth ₹54 lakh and immovable assets worth ₹5.64 crore. His property portfolio includes:
- The price of a residential apartment in Shastri Nagar, Patna is ₹1.15 crore
- The price of a commercial building in Sitamarhi is ₹4.07 crore
- The total value of agricultural and non-agricultural land is ₹82 lakh
