Scott Archibald has now added a gold to her first silver in the elimination races and becomes the fourth woman to be crowned madison world champion twice.
Morris meanwhile beat the fastest qualifier, compatriot Josie Knight, in the gold medal ride-off, ensuring GB sealed both another rainbow jersey and a silver medal in the chase.
The results come a day after Josh Tarling and Josh Charlton won the first gold medals for Great Britain on the third day of the World Championships in Santiago.
The 21-year-old Tarling won gold in the points race masterclass at his first elite track world championships, before Charlton picked up his first rainbow jersey in the individual pursuit. Meanwhile, Joe Trueman won a bronze medal in the men’s kilo.

How to watch the Track Cycling World Championships
The 2025 Track World Championships will be broadcast live on BBC Red Button, BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website and app.
Friday’s events will be live on BBC Three from 9pm-1am BST, while Sunday’s action will be broadcast on BBC Two from 4.30-7.15pm GMT and BBC Three from 7.15-9pm GMT.
Who are the Britons competing?
This year the British team includes multiple Olympic and world champions in Archibald and Finucane – the latter competing in the sprint and team sprint – and newcomers including Ryan Edmonds, Ioana Moir and Rhianna Parris-Smith.
Reigning individual pursuit champion Anna Morris has already set two world records this year and will be looking to translate that form into a successful title defence, while world team pursuit silver medalist Charlie Tanfield will be hoping to go one better this time with Michael Gill and Will Tidball.
