Watch: Statement of eyewitness of Charlie Kirk murder case now silent!

Yesterday, we brought you news of an unprecedented gag order issued in the Charlie Kirk/Tyler Robinson case, which prevents anyone associated with the case – including more than 3,000 witnesses who were present on the Utah Valley University campus at the time of Charlie Kirk’s murder – from speaking openly and publicly about it.

More details on that here:

BREAKING: Judge in Tyler Robinson case issues GAG order banning nearly all coverage of the trial

I understand I don’t want to taint the jury pool, but hasn’t that ship already sailed?

In America, don’t we prefer open and honest judicial systems?

Isn’t sunlight the best disinfectant?

Isn’t more information and more testimony generally the answer, not less?

No censorship?

Doesn’t excessive censorship create fears that something suspicious is going on?

Look, I’m in no way favoring Tyler Robinson or saying he didn’t do it, I’m just asking why can’t we hear from eyewitnesses?

Like this young woman, who told her account soon after the September 10 incident.

Is this banned now?

🚨 Watch this before it’s deleted: He will never be allowed to say that again

It aired just after the murder of Charlie Kirk, in which a young woman described what she saw with her own eyes.

Let them talk!

Let them share what they saw!

BREAKING: Judge in Tyler Robinson case issues GAG order banning nearly all coverage of the trial

The Charlie Kirk murder case is becoming more complicated by the day…

Judge Tony Graf, who is presiding over the trial of alleged murderer Tyler Robinson, has quietly issued a very sweeping restraining order affecting thousands of people.

The judge’s gag order prevents anyone associated with the case – including more than 3,000 witnesses who were on the Utah Valley University campus when Charlie Kirk was murdered – from speaking openly and publicly about it.

‼️🇺🇸: The scope of the Tyler Robinson case gag order is unprecedented in Utah.

More than 3,000 witnesses, “associates” in the case, lawyers, family members and even the press are subject to the order, threatened with possible “contempt of court” charges and prison sentences for speaking out. pic.twitter.com/P43MJiL1Fp

– Diligent Denison 🇺🇸 (@DiligentDenizen) 19 October 2025

The gag order was issued during Tyler Robinson’s hearing in late September.

According to the judge his reasoning was this “Prevent problems associated with pre-trial publicity.”

fox 13 Details reported on:

Prosecutors also discussed the gag order that Fourth District Court Judge Tony Graf had entered in the case, which could create problems. It prevents anyone associated with the case from speaking to the news media.

“There are a number of witnesses that have not yet been identified that will be used in the state’s case. This happened at Utah Valley University in front of two or three thousand students, so we are in the process of identifying those witnesses, so those witnesses remain unidentified at this time,” Grunander said.

Judge Graf said the restriction order was designed to prevent problems associated with pre-trial publicity.

He said, “The court will decide that as soon as those witnesses become known to each party, that information will be given to comply with this order. Obviously, there are potentially many witnesses and it is not expected that you will do that in advance, but as they become known.”

In other words, the gag order effectively silences anyone who may have witnessed anything on that fateful day.

I am not making the excuse of ‘wanting to avoid pre-trial publicity’.

I feel like they’re trying to stop something from coming out…

Others on X agree that this looks very suspicious:

Why secrecy and order to ban 3000 people? Is it legal if you are only a witness? What are they afraid of?

0️⃣ Lots of questions with answers…..

Let me get this right? Catch this suspect and keep quiet? Is this correct?

To add strangeness to all this, FBI Director Kash Patel recently said he would not be releasing any new footage or evidence in the case:

I need 100% proof that Tyler Robinson was the shooter. But a gag order now prevents prosecutors, the FBI and witnesses from speaking. Patel will not release new footage to avoid weakening the defense, risking a mistrial or having the case dismissed.

Very strange.

I’m not saying that Tyler Robinson is innocent by any means.

But, it’s clear that the official FBI narrative about the shooter doesn’t include a lot of details.

And yet, Patel says that’s all?

Case closed?

Then, it’s sealed with a massive gag order to prevent anyone out there from saying otherwise.

By ordering a stay on this matter it becomes clear that they are hiding something.

Then Kash comes out and says that they are no longer pursuing the truth and have officially closed the case.

Sounds strange, just like the JFK case.

All of this begs the question: Why is everything so tightly locked?

Why are they so afraid of coming into the light?

Then, you have Candace Owens, swearing to violate the restraining order on behalf of all witnesses:

Don’t worry about the restraining order in the Charlie Kirk case.

I plan to violate it on behalf of the world.

The things I discovered last week are enough to burn the house down.

Yes, Charlie was betrayed. by everyone.

– Candace Owens (@RealCandaceO) 20 October 2025

Only time will tell if he has the receipts to back up that dramatic statement…

Let’s hope that somehow, the truth will come out, whatever it may be.

Charlie deserves it.

What are your thoughts on all this?
