guest rider Tui River Cruises Nile River sailors can enjoy sunset tea at a hotel inspired by the work Agatha Christie and visit Giza Pyramid in Cairo as part of the brand’s expanded Egypt Tour program for winter 2025.
Six new tours have been added to Tui river cruise But Indigo and will be available on Tui Al Horeya And Tui BahareyaWhich will be launched next month.
The tour includes sunset tea at Aswan’s Old Cataract Hotel, known for inspiring Christie’s famous novel Death on the Nile. Other high profile visitors to the hotel include Winston Churchill.

Guests will be welcomed to the hotel’s terrace overlooking the Nile and Elephantine Island for a traditional afternoon tea, featuring premium teas, pastries, finger sandwiches and a selection of local delicacies, served with panoramic views of the river. The experience costs £50 per person.
Travelers can also take a full-day tour of the Grand Egyptian Museum and Giza Pyramids for £416 per person. This includes transfer from the ship to the airport for the flight from Luxor to Cairo. The tour starts at the Giza Plateau, home of the Great Pyramids, and includes a visit to The Great Sphinx.

Other tour options include a sunset cruise on a traditional felucca by the Luxor Temple, priced from £49 per person, or a nighttime walking tour of the historic site from £43 per person.
