UK As it is set for a sad weekend ahead weather office has issued a yellow weather warning for Northern Ireland for Sunday.
Heavy Rain The weather office said it would affect all of Northern Ireland on Saturday night, before gradually clearing eastwards on Sunday morning.
According to forecasters, the rainfall will be “heaviest in the Southeast.”
Around 20-30mm of rain is expected widely, while Mournes could see 60-100mm of rain by the early hours of Sunday morning.
This warning is in effect from Sunday midnight to noon.

There is a possibility of flooding of some homes and businesses, as well as disruption of power supply and other services.
The weather office also said travel times would be affected due to spray and flooding on roads.
