New Delhi/Patna, Oct 13 (IANS) Bihar’s political turmoil is set to intensify as the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) launches an intensive four-day nomination drive from October 15 to 18, taking the state into a frenzy of rallies, strategy sessions and high-profile visits.
At the center of this whirlwind is Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who will embark on a three-day visit from October 16 to 18 to energize the party base and sharpen the NDA’s election strategy.
This is not just another round of nominations – this is a full-scale mobilization.
Bihar has been strategically divided into zones, with senior NDA leaders deployed in districts to monitor nominations and garner local support.
The choreography is deliberate; Each district will host its own political spectacle, with veteran leaders conducting the programmes.
More than a dozen chief ministers and several Union ministers from across India are expected to visit Bihar, giving national significance to the state-level campaign.
Their presence reflects the NDA’s intention – not just in numbers, but in unity and coordination. A detailed roadmap has been prepared behind the scenes.
The NDA campaign machinery is in full swing, pulling together logistics, messaging and outreach. From nomination rallies to closed-door strategy meetings, every moment of these four days is accounted for.
The travel schedule of Home Minister Amit Shah is especially important.
Known for his electoral acumen, his meetings with Bihar BJP leaders are expected to shape the alliance’s campaign outline.
His speeches at nomination rallies will likely set the tone for the weeks to come, mixing national themes with local resonance.
As Bihar gears up for this political race, the NDA’s nomination drive is more than a procedural step – it is a declaration of momentum. With high-voltage rallies, strategic planning and a parade of political stalwarts, the alliance is signaling its readiness to contest not just seats but also the public imagination.
The countdown has begun. Politics in Bihar is going to be fast, focused and intensely coordinated.
