Patna, October 12 (IANS) The NDA campaign engine has been activated again and its allies are already busy celebrating. While the seat-sharing formula for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections has now been decided, the alliance is not ready yet – it is reloading, recharging and infusing confidence.
The announcement, made in synchronized blasts on social media, felt less like a political update and more like a victory lap. Union minister and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) president Chirag Paswan lit the X with a post that read like a war cry: “Bihar is ready, NDA government again, this time with full strength, with Bihar First, Bihari First.”
He confirmed the numbers – BJP and JD-U will contest 101 seats each, LJP (Ram Vilas) will get 29 seats, while RLM and HAM will get six seats each.
Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) chief Upendra Kushwaha was equally enthusiastic, describing the seat-sharing decision as “taken unanimously and happily”.
His message was clear – NDA is not just in alliance – it is active. Meanwhile, BJP national general secretary Vinod Tawde summed it up in a tone of disciplined enthusiasm.
He wrote, “The organized and dedicated NDA has finalized the seat distribution by mutual consent in a cordial atmosphere.”
Tawde’s post confirmed the same figures and said all allies are “gearing up” for the campaign with full gusto.
In a strategic punch, JD-U national working president Sanjay Kumar Jha announced that the alliance is “determined and united to make Nitish Kumar the chief minister again with a thumping majority”.
His posts impressed party loyalists, bolstering the narrative of continuity and strength. The mood of all NDA parties is enthusiastic. This is not just a seat-sharing deal – it is a declaration of intent.
The coalition has exchanged hesitation for harmony and internal negotiations for external mobilization.
With the arithmetic settled, the NDA is now set to launch a flood of rallies, slogans and promises in Bihar under the banner of unity and resurgence.
Bihar’s electoral ground has always been built on the chemistry of alliances. The NDA’s latest seat-sharing formula not only reflects strategic balance but also a shared ambition to dominate the elections.
With caste equations, regional loyalties and development narratives intact, the alliance’s early display of unity may prove to be its biggest asset. The countdown has started – and the NDA is already in the running.
