Philadelphia Cream Cheese Is Now Outselling Your Favorite Cheese bagels Spread.
Owned by The Kraft Heinz Company, Philadelphia is launching two sweet treats For leisure: a cheesecake And a frosting.
The rollout of the new items is a historic moment for the brand, as it is the first time Cheesecake Products 150 years in business.
According to a press release from Kraft Heinz, Philadelphia’s Frozen Cheesecakes and Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting are now available nationwide. The cakes have a “golden graham cracker crust” and come in two flavors, Original and Strawberry Swirl. The Strawberry Swirl, of course, comes with “ribbons of hand-drizzled strawberry sauce.”
“The cake delivers the familiar, homemade flavor fans love, in a pre-sliced, melt-and-serve format, with no baking required,” the company said.

However, the frozen cheesecake won’t just be available for the holidays — it’s now a permanent part of the Philadelphia brand’s offering.
Additionally, according to Kraft Heinz, cinnamon cream cheese frosting arrived after fans continually requested the flavor. The frosting also launched a year after Philadelphia Cream Cheese introduced refrigerated cream cheese frosting, which has since sold nearly one million units.
The frosting is “made with real milk and cream and delivers the same taste, texture and convenience that cream cheese frosting lovers want.” The company said its flavor pairs perfectly with autumn dishes including carrot cake and cinnamon rolls.
“Dessert is a daily ritual for many, but not everyone has time to make holiday classics like cheesecake and cream cheese frosting from scratch every time,” Kelly Srivastava, senior brand manager of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, said in a statement. “After three years of development, our new Frozen Cheesecake offers an easy way to serve holiday favorites, while our Cinnamon Frosting brings a nostalgic flavor with a blend of warm cinnamon and brown sugar.”

Many businesses are already preparing for the holidays. Earlier this month, Starbucks unveiled its new holiday menu, Which will hit stores on November 6.
Returning this season are the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulee Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte and Iced Gingerbread Tea. Chestnut Praline Latte and Eggnog Latte will also be added to the menu later in the season, though no specific dates have been revealed yet.
Customers can enjoy holiday-themed baked goods including the Snowman Cookie, Cranberry Bliss Bar and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish, which are returning to Starbucks locations across the US.
New additions to the menu this upcoming season include Polar Bear Cake Pops and Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread.
Although no date has been revealed, Chen also mentioned in the news release that his Annual Red Cup Promotion Will return at the end of the season, when customers can receive a special reusable cup with the purchase of any drink on the holiday menu.
