Two persons were incorrectly accused under a far -reaching impact last weekend. Florida According to Monday’s report by the State Attorney General’s office, the immigration law has been currently suspended by judicial order.

Both individuals were charged in separate cases in Bradanton under a Florida law, which prevents illegal people from entering the state, although earlier this year a federal judge said that the law could not be implemented, while it is challenged in court.

Florida’s Attorney General James Uthameyer has revealed the latest arrests in a report, forced to file in court twice a month as he was found in civil contempt to tell the authorities that they could ignore the judge’s order.

Reports have revealed that some Florida officials are incorrectly accusing people under the stopped law, including two people in Northeast Florida in June, two people in Central Florida in July and two people in August. Bay coast,

In the most recent cases, a person was pulled on Saturday when an officer from Bradanton saw loose branches and unsafe equipment behind the truck of the person. The person told the officer that the duration of the driving license had expired. The report stated that the US immigration and customs enforcement Sergeant confirmed over the phone that the person was illegally in the US and an immigration custody was issued for him.

In the second case, an official on Sunday reacted to the blockage report blocked due to the engine block that fell from a vehicle. The driver told the officer that he did not have a driving license. Officials said the officer approached the ICE and the person admitted the ICE officer over phone that he was illegally in the US. According to the report, the ICE issued an immigration custody for the person.

Both individuals faced the state charge of illegal entry, but will be removed by prosecutors. The report said that the person arrested on Saturday was accused of driving with an expired driving license, and the person arrested on Sunday was accused of driving without a legitimate driver license.

The new immigration law of Florida has made a crime for those who are entering the US without legal permission by dodging the immigration officers. But US District Judge Kathleen Williams Miami A temporary preventive order and prohibitory orders were issued in April, which led to the ban on the enforcement of the state law.

After Williams issued his original order, Uthameyer sent a memorandum to the state and local law enforcement officers and asked them to avoid implementing the law, even though he disagreed with the prohibition. But five days later, he sent a memorandum stating that the judge was legally wrong and he could not stop police officers and representatives from implementing the law.

As a punishment for violating his order and being found in civil contempt, the judge told Uthameyer the need to file a bilateral report whether any arrest, custody or law enforcement action has been taken under the law.
