Kolkata, 1 October (IANS) CPI (M) on Wednesday, criticized the release of a postage stamp and a 100-rupa coin by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of establishing the Rashtri Self-Service Association (RSS).

In a statement released, the party’s Polit Bureau “described the incident as a serious injury and insult to the Constitution of India, which the RSS never accepted.”

The CPI (M) leadership claimed that a new coin to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the release and the establishment of the RSS for the release and stamps, to celebrate the role of the RSS which was not just away from the freedom struggle, but in fact strengthened the British strategy of partition and the rule, demanding weakening of India’s unity, which was a serious constant.

“The worst communal violence has been observed in the history of independent India, which has expanded the role of the RSS in several reports of the official commissions. Today, it is the RSS and its family that continue to target minority communities and the marginalized sections of the society are also narrowed. The Polit Bureau Statement has been read,” he has reduced the ruling situation.
