He told BBC Radio 4 Today Program: “I think there is a difference between someone being deported for summary execution, and someone who is simply going somewhere where they do not have the same level of healthcare, or the same gel situation for that case.
“And so I think we should see such issues again, I think there is a lot of hunger to see such issues again.”
This came after the Prime Minister’s speech at the Labor Conference in Liverpool, in which he fought to improve the UK and said Nigel FarajOne who advocates the ECHR completely, does not believe in Britain.
Kemi Badenoch is expected to use the annual conference of the Conservative Party in Manchester to call Britain to leave the ECHR.
