Prashant Kishore, the founder of Jan Suraj Prashant Kishore, a day after Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary and Rural Works Department Minister Ashok Chaudhary, Patna, 30 September (IANS), Union Food Processing Minister Chirg Paswan said that those leaders should face serious allegations.
Chirag told reporters on Tuesday, “Prashant Kishore is creating a series of allegations against NDA leaders. Does they have evidence or are only claiming.”
Drawing a parallel with Delhi politics, he commented, “We have seen similar politics earlier when the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) made big allegations before coming to power, but later failed to work on those names.”
Chirag said, “I don’t know whether Prashant Kishore is presenting the facts or not. Those who are facing allegations should respond. Some of them have already filed defamation cases against him.”
On Monday, Prashant Kishore accused Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary of being associated with the 1995 Tarapur massacre, killing seven members of the Kushwaha community.
Prashant Kishore made a brilliant attack on Emperor Chaudhary and demanded immediate dismissal and arrest to Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary in the 1995 Tarapur murder case.
Kishore alleged that Emperor Chaudhary had manipulated official documents to convict the case at his age, where seven people from the Kushwaha community were killed.
Kishore produced the documents claiming that the accused was identified as 44/1995, with the date of birth of Shakuni Chaudhary, Rakesh Kumar alias Chandra Maurya alias Samrat Chaudhary, son of Shakuni Chaudhary, along with the date of birth of Shakuni Chaudhary.
This, Kishore said, the court released him as a minor and released from jail at that time.
However, in 2020, Emperor Chaudhary declared his age 51 in an affidavit handed over to the Election Commission, which he would be 26 years old in 1995, not a minor, he said.
Kishore further alleged that Emperor Chaudhary’s name was also revealed in the case of Shilpi-Gautam rape and murder, which was investigated by the CBI.
He also targeted Minister Ashok Chaudhary along with allegations of corruption related to multi-gruesome contracts. The two leaders have strongly denied the allegations.
